ARTWORK SEPARATIONS
Great art is only that until it can be separated to be screen printed. This is one of the most popular services I offer. I have been separating art for print on my own from the very start. It has given me the ability to figure out a print order, see possible issues or gain insight on the best way to process the job for the best output and greatest result. It has also allowed me to become familiar with multiple techniques to break art apart. Creating underbases for stock art, simplifying vector images to fit a press or doing an index separation are all tools of the trade.
PRE BURNED SCREENS
Want to do discharge or water based printing? You don't have to invest the time to learn the right mix to keep the screens from breaking down.Don't have a RIP and need 55 LPI halftones? There is an easier solution to this. I only use the best screens on the market from GSF, properly stretched, exposed and setup to your press and your specs. Combine screens with separations for the ultimate combination to get you up on press and printing as quick as possible with no guesswork.
FILM OUTPUT
Regardless of the lightsource you are using to expose your screens, having the best light blocking film will yield the best results. Offering 24" or 17" roll output of your separations or supplied artwork is a great way to make sure you get the best exposure on your screens and prints from your press.
