ANATOL VOLT

The VOLT by Anatol is the only professional-grade electric automatic screen printing machine in the world. It gives you the speed, power and reliability of a screen printing press without the issues of a compressor or chiller. The VOLT uses reliable servo-driven indexers and servo lift to ensure years of reliable service. I have been operating these presses  and registering multi colored prints for the past 8 years. This experience has allowed me to create methods and procedures I can teach that allow anyone to be able to not only operate but do so in an efficient manner. This training encompasses all things needed to operate the machines properly for professional printing.

PRE PRESS SETUP

Screen printing - starts with the screen. The quality of your stencils, your EOM, your film output, your exposure time, your emulsion choices all will play a massive role in your ink laydown and the final quality of your product. There are many factors that come into play into making the right "gasket" for ink to flow through and a 1% increase in this area will be a force multiplier on press when printing by hand or machine. I can refine your prepress techniques to have a greater end result and better turnout from your stencils.

Covering topics including but not limited to:

  • Emulsion choices and differences

  • Proper exposure

  • Mesh selection

  • Coating techniques

  • Reclaiming options

  • Best setup practices for zero to little pin holes

  • Drying time

  • Exposure Calculation

  • When is emulsion really dry?

  • Managing humidity

  • No yellow lights needed
